UNITED ENEMIES
LOVE KILLS (POWER MUSIC)

This Swedish combo consists of ex-69 Hard members Mats Jeppsson (guitar) and
Christian Fridlund (bass) but United Enemies are pretty far removed from that classic
punkabilly group. Basically the 4 tracks kinda sound like if The Backyard Babies were any
good at playing sleazy 70s glam punk/rock'n'roll, y'know, getting that Stooges/Dead Boys/Dolls
feel right. This is good stuff, but unfortunately millions of bands around the world dish out
this kinda glamrock each month, so if United Enemies put a little more rawness and
originality in their next release they'll go far because they really got a knack
for writing hard rock songs.
